| Focus of the programme is on promotion of volunteer's work, recognition of its values, building stimulative legal and society frame for better development of Montenegro, as well as providing different volunteer's services, stimulative for employment of young people, non-formal education, mobility and inter-cultural learning. ADP – Zid offers several different volunteer's services intended for volunteers, non-governmental sector and institutions, all aiming contribution to community.
Non-formal education - ADP – Zid promoting and strenghtening volunteerism in the country based on results of processed researches and enquiries. Based on this we are organized trainings covering next subjects: volunteerism, volunteer's management. Camp leaders training (LTS – leadering within international volunteer's projects), active citizen's participation, public advocacy, organizational and personal development (writing CVs, job interviews) and public relationship. Beneficirires of trainings, in past, were non-profit organizations and individuals. This kind of services are open for public and governmental institutions interested for engaging volunteers within they work, as well as companies interetsed in corporative volunteerism, as part of policy of social responsibility of company.
Promotion and development of volunteerism in Montenegro – Organizing campaigns of promotional character, as well as those aiming awereness of citizens, directed to improving of society surroundings for future development of volunteerism. These activities are processed in prallel with activities of lobying and public advocacy, aiming most interested parties in order to create favorable legal frame and strategy, as base for volunteer's work. When we are talking about future development of volunteerism ADP – Zid trying to develop strong network of volunteer's centres capable to offer efective volunteer's services and engage large number of different people, but mutual in volunteer's interest.

Within that ADP – Zid has organized and realized different sort of trainings-courses, programmes with great deal of contribution to professional specialization and orientation. Beside that, young people have an opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills thorugh volunteer's engagement within the work of institutions and organizations of civil sector and in that way to get practical knowledge and working experience, what contribute to their competitivity on labour market in general.
(linkovati za kampove) Short term volunteer's exchanges - ADP – Zid from 2001. offer a service of sending volunteers from Montenegro in other countries and organizing camps for international volunteers in Montenegro. These volunteer's exchanges included projects and volunteers from all the World. Within those activities emphasis is on mobility and inter-cultural learning. Beside that, international camps in general have positive influence on development of community and cities of hosting country, too.
(linkovati za EVS) Long term volunteer's exchange - ADP – Zid hosting foreign volunteers in Montenegro, and sending local volunteers abroad on period of time from three to 12 months. This kind of volunteer's exchange considering mainly Europe, and organizing under frame of «Young in action» programme of European Commission (European Volunteer's Service), network of youth of South-East Europe (SEEYN), Service Civil International (SCI) i RIVER SEE programee (in cooperation with volunteers of UN - UNV). It is possible to be long term volunteer in Asia, Africa and other countries. In the frame of this activity ephasis is on promotion of active participation of young people and to strengthening mutual trust between young people from different countries, developing of the community, strenghtening the capacity of hosting organization. Accomodation of international volunteers in other non-governmental organizations, public and governmental institutions is a second important aspect of this service.
