In the context of drafting the new housing policy, the drafting of the new Law on Spatial Planning, and the Law on Affordable Housing, we analyze the situation in the context of the redistribution of funds for housing in the direction of supportive housing models that will ensure the development of affordable housing with the adequate distribution of space.
